4. Return Policy

At Genuwind Customs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within the specified return period for a refund or exchange.

a. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Non-members: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Members: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Custom-made products and personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

b. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at support@genuwindcustoms.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

c. Condition of Returned Items:

  • If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, Genuwind Customs reserves the right to deduct the cost of repair from your refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

b. Partial Refunds:

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at support@genuwindcustoms.com with your order details.

7. Cancellation Policy

a. Before Shipping:

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

b. After Shipping:

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to go through our return process as outlined above.

8. Special Terms

a. Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

b. Repair Costs for Damaged Returns:
